how is the build quality of the sump now that you have it in place and plumbing it ? Talk to John just be fore thanks giving and he said mine should ship out this week or next

I’m very happy with the sump, dosing lines were not placed exactly where I wanted them but is an easy fix for me. John does great work but it’s the details you need to check him on, he’s always slammed busy

Plumbing is DONE, I’ll build out the manifold later once a different RE pump arrives. Going to clean up the room and run an RODI line to the tank to start filling.

I’m exhausted but have to try to get as much as I can done this weekend.

That is quite a bit of progress. You are making me feel lazy and slothful. I've been "working" on a re-aquascape for almost a year. Maybe this will be THE weekend I knock it out.

Slowly getting there, had to throw some rock in there to stop the star board from floating to the top

Doesn’t look like a lot of rock but that’s a 100 gallon tote with 3 large Aquaroche structures. Filled it up with salt water and threw a heater and a couple pumps. May be too much….

When is this getting moved over? Are you going bare bottom or sand? I'm sure you're a little tired with the pace your putting all this together, but it looks like fun and I am jealous.

I’ll be moving the rock over tonight hopefully, have to wait and see what happened once water starts rolling through the plumbing. I added 25 lbs of KP live rock to that bin a couple months ago so hopefully that helps.

I like my bottoms bare for only utility and maintenance. I prefer the look of sand but then it has to be perfect all the time. So bare it will be.

It’s been fun but I’m running solo, moving that tank and stand into position on bags by myself was not fun at all lol.
