I really think you ned to take a step back and simplify things... Run GAC once every month or two for 24-48 hours. Phase out the biopellets. Cut down on the GFO use and monitor your phospahtes closely with a hanna meter. Stop with all the dosing that you probably don't need. You're not testing for any of that stuff you're adding and some of it is known to cause problems if elevated too high. Strontium being one of those. Just stick with your calcium reactor and maintaining magnesium.
Your system looks odd to me though... Just looking at your rocks tells me you have or at least had nutrient issues. Did you have algae and nutrient issues in the past? HOw many of the things that you mention above were added recently? I suppose it's possible that you are driving phosphate too low but still have other nutrients too high and feeding algae.
Lastly and perhaps most importantly... How long is your photo period? Your corals look to me like what is typically the result of too long of a photo period with T5's or LED. If you're much over 8 hours I would suspect that's a large part of your problem.

I have setup my new tank since 4 or 5 months ago... This with my rock work and water from my old tank... In my old system I was only running rowa phos and carbon time by time. Than I had an algae outbreak what went down again. Those are maybe remarks from it.
About adding and feeding I do this very less and the main reason was to raise my nutrients In a way to see difference.
I wanted to take this week my carbon and phosphate reactor from the system because I had already the feeling that my water started to be to poor.. But as we all know we can't take al the media's away in one time.
The funny thing is that my zoantes and montipora corals as wel branches as plate are doing fine as well mushrooms and my lps
I did change my lightning two weeks ago from 8x54W to ecotech led with TIR lenses. They are burning 10 to 2200 in shallow reef mode in acclimation mode from 50% to 85% in for weeks time.

You're running the Radions 12 hours a day? Were you doiung the same with T5's?
I think that's your biggest problem right now. Cut that back to closer to 8 hours and stop all the heavy GFO use and I think you'll slowly and gradualy start seeing color get richer.

Yes I did the same with my T5... I have some issues with setting up my light set up this took me a week because ecotech live was offline all the time what was really s... t and I had a feeling that this was my first issue regarding my coral fading.
I have really an heavy head regarding this issue... Because I always like to run my tank simple as possible.

I had something similar and after beating myself to death over water perimeters, I came in at night with a flashlight and found a worm I still can not Identify was eating the coralites off my acros.
