Swissguards are rare? That’s sad to me. They’re a beautiful species that should be equally popular as the Royal Gramma.

Really? Biased on cost and availability I would think they are rarer and not seen in every other tank?? I guess you could really step it up and get a candy bassletSwissguards are rare? That’s sad to me. They’re a beautiful species that should be equally popular as the Royal Gramma.

That's good to knowthey are regularly available on divers den, both the swales and non-swales variety. They are just expensive.
Gramma will hide alot. It's 34 gallons and it's well past cycling, it's been up and running like a champ for 4 or 5 months.
I totally agree about the goby/pistol shrimp combination, very entertaining, but I already have a Yellow Watchman Goby (YWG) in there. I like the Royal Gramma, I just can't figure out a good fish to go along with it. Something that's active and won't hide all day.
So it's Royal Gramma or Black Capped Basslet and _______________??
