I beat mine with regular water changes , scrubbing rock , cut back on feeding but I saw my biggest results when I added my ATS!

This involved a process, took me 2 week total to see results. I never had GHA before in all my past tanks. So the only thing that is different on this tank is that I started with 100% dried rocks. There are no magic bottle of chemicals.....

what?please explain your self.makes no sense to me.
