Thanks everyone!

I am looking for a book that outlines how to keep a reef tank. I regularly read technical books for work, but bio-chem is not my thing. Is there an in-depth book that can be read by a 'lay' person?
A few other books I remember finding useful:

The Conscientious Marine Aquarist by Fenner

Aquarium Corals (I still refer back to this one often)

All 3 volumes of The Reef Aquarium by Deelbeck and Sprung, here is Vol.1
https://www.amazon.com/Reef-Aquariu...S10G2W1Q15E&psc=1&refRID=P5AMPV6XRS10G2W1Q15E

Wow! Thanks, everyone for the warm welcome and help!

Regarding books, I prefer books for it is something to publish another to post :).
I wish to understand marine keeping, not just practice correct 'husbandry.' I still don't understand the processes which occur in a marine tank. For it is a very small 'essentially' closed system. The areas I am looking for more information into are things that really don't change. Bacteria, Fish, inverts, Nems, and Corals still thrive in certain parameters and still grow the same way in a tank and in the ocean - ideally that is. I am not looking for a 'how-to' per se because as mentioned by @OllieNZ, @samnaz, and @rkpetersen that equipment certainly changes and there are fads, such as under-gravel filters. But as I so far I understand, please correct me if I am wrong, biological processes essentially don't change.

I hope the above makes sense!

Thank you @samnaz for your suggestions!

P.S. I am still trying to figure out how to use my phone's camera to take good macro shots!

I read the same article and joined seconds later. This site is very helpful and the people are not bashers.Good luck with your tank
