iam loose fish bad

iam loosing fish bad
its been set up 8 months now
3 months with fish
always checking water
change water every two weeks 15%
fish lost color and die.
i read a post about them swimming in power head ...is this a sign.
no marks no Physical evidence of attacks
Please help lost $300.00 so far

Can you post some info about your tank. Have you checked Ph, ammonia? Nitrates?
Is your tank well oxygenated? Are you doing any sort of carbon dosing? Do your fish have any signs of parasites on them? White spots?? Please post some photos of the fish....

Sounds like velvet so far, I agree with @DarthSimon we will need more information to be sure.

I am going to assume you do not quarantine?

Your rocks, sand and power heads look like they are brand new. Are you sure this tank is 8 months old??

Did you rinse in tank water and not tap water?

Have you tested for Ammonia and Nitrite? I agree with others that the tank looks super new.
Keep in mind that nothing really starts until fish are added

i Promise I just keep it clean it's my only bad habit to keep my tank clean
