iam loose fish bad

Think this thread is going very fast. Can we take a step back and give is a timeline of how you set things up.

How was tank cycled?
What is salinity?
What water is being used?
Still confusing that everything is pristine white

less then 20ppg
This tank is NOT cycled. First thing I would do here is take the fish back to the store while your tank has a chance to cycle. They are suffering right now. I would stop cleaning the rock and then read the article on how to cycle a tank. 6 weeks from now when the tank is cycled, I would slowly add fish to the system. Maybe two fish every month.

all test came out good All in parameters
Ok, stop saying this please. People need to know the results of the test in numbers. What you think might be good, may not be good. Post what the pH , ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, salinity, temperature is. This will tell people if your tank is cycled though as clean as your tank is, I doubt it. The most beautiful tank in the world, if its healthy, looks dirty to some extent.

less then 20
Even during the cycle, your ammonia wouldn't get up to 20ppm. If it really is that number, that's what killed your fish. Ammonia in a cycled tank should always be 0ppm. Ammonia is deadly to fish and ammonia that high, would kill very quickly.
