Nice tank! I think vertical might be the way to go with that mode. I believe in the video he was showing them vertical as well in that mode.Mine are virticle one at each end but as I said it's not a standard shaped tank.
Thank you. On standard shapped tanks and cubes I have seen people run them horizontally on the ends and some people running on the back horizontally. Like I said, when you get it you will have to play around with it and find the spot and mode you and your inhabitants are happy with.

Well congrats. You will find people that like them and people that don't but it works that way with anything you buy.
People I have talked to in person haven’t said a bad thing and both fish store I got to use them in their tanks. Figured that had to be a good sign.

Both store stores I go to use the 3k in there 60 gallon frag tanks. All I’ve heard is good things so I went with it. Trying to learn how to best run it from people.
After talking with some people I actually went with the 3k. They were saying better to run it between 10-30% than the 1k at 60-80%? I dunno maybe I’ll regret the larger size.
I have a 3k in a 360 and it pushes. may be too strong for 65g?
