Ich found

Does your wrasse come to the top to eat? I was able to catch mine incredibly easy by skimming a chunk of food across the water surface with tweezers. Then as he chased the food just scooped him up with the net.

I got the wrasse with a water bottle with no problem. I put it in fresh water for 4 minutes then threw it in my QT tank. now i'm trying to get the long nose hawk fish. where ever it is in the tank now.

All inverts coral are good to be in the tank for fallow.

Just the fish cannot be present.

This could still be velvet. If it is the treatment will differ. The single pic you uploaded is much more clear, but I can't see evidence of anything in it.
took the fish to the LFS that I have dealt with since day 1 of having the tank. he looked at it and examined everything on the fish and he couldn't tell anything on what is wrong. So I am doing a fresh water dip between dt and qt for now. and watching for any strange behavior or signs of ich, velvet or brook. for now that's what i'm doing at this point. if no other signs be next sunday morning I think it passed these 3 fish I have left and will leave my DT empty except for my frags, anemma and shrimp. those will sstay in the DT. along with my red mangroves.

other than taking out my fish. do I need to do anything with the salinity or temp of the tank?
Nope, just let it ride. Make sure you don't contaminate your QT with water from it.

fish are going from dt to a fresh water dip then straight to the qt tank. thank god it's only 3 fish. I only have a 10 g qt for now. to many med. bills came my way.... otherwise I would upgrade it to a 20 g tank.

Sorry. I should have explained that in more detail. Once you begin medicating and treating your fish in QT, you want to be careful not to cross contaminate.

Best of luck! Hoping the rest of the the fish make it out of QT okay!!

once I get the longnose hawk caught and fresh water dip it. I'll keep an eye on the fish in qt and see if they develop anything. but I won't cross contaminate the qt.

FInally able to get the long nose hawkfish out. I couldn't find anything with formalin in it at any of the LFS. I did pick up
Microbe Lift Herbtana from the lFS. this should hold me over until I get Kordon rid ich plus. so I can dip them and then throw them back into my QT. but

here are more pics of the rest of my fish.
