Achilles is good but I think purples need like 100 gallons

Do you have corals? Hypo may be an option if you don’t. To me, ich management is really just a ticking time bomb so I’d always advocate to treat if possible.
I will add that both those tangs should be in bigger than a 75.
Only guys that can go in there are yellow, kole, or bristletooth.

I don’t have coral will hypo hurt my fish will the low salt level that is what scares me

keeping fish in hypo long term is not great IMO

That’s why I just want to manage ich I have 2 uv and a very good diet for the fish

what do you feed? What UV do you use?

I feed a wide variety of frozen food and they soak in selcon and uv I have a 27w icecap and a 36w aqua top

keeping fish in hypo long term is not great IMO

Research hypo, its fine for the fish for as long as you need to do it. Its about not having anything else in the display when you do it.

I have a 150 gallon. I have a 150 watt UV that i can put on and take off as needed. Its huge, an eye sore, and cost $1,000, but it knocks it out and i have yet to loose a fish due to ich. I put it on when i get a new fish, which hasn't been in a while these days.

And you have had Ich? Or you are just worried about it? If the latter, tank transfer for 12 days and in--for all fish. Just two five gal buckets and four air stones is all you really need.

If you've had I'd honestly take all fish out and do TTM method then house temporarily while the tank fallows for 76 days.

If you have not QT'ed previous fish but haven't seen ich then it's a gamble unless you still do the above.

There was a thread here a week or two ago about what made you tear down/start over a tank. I put colonial hydroids but completely forgot about my tank in my pre-QT days. It's impossible to reverse engineer out ich other than the above strategy.

That thing must be a pig. Im running a 80w on a 120g display and its a lot of crap behind the stand, lol.
