Copper level approx 0.35
And I did 5 gallon water change still reading 0.25 ppm of ammonia from test kit
I don’t see any ammonia on the badge yet
Is it still safe to keep my fish there

The only ammonia test kit which will accurately register ammonia in the presence of copper is Seachem’s.

Trust the badge. The ammonia test kit won't register correctly in copper.
Keep some premixed saltwater ready.
Don't over feed the fish.

okay cool
The fish is doing good so far, some of the white spot slowly disappear :)

Here it’s the update
doing good so far

Have you ever used the seachem ammonia test kit before ?
There are free ammonia and total ammonia test, which one should I trust

Free ammonia is the "bad" ammonia that is toxic to fish. This is the one you want to watch.
The Total Ammonia Test will let you know how much "bound" ammonia is in the water. This is helpful if your are using ammonia reducers like Prime, etc.

Okay cool
I did test both. 0 ammonia from the free and 0.3 from the total
