Thank you! one more question, sorry... reguarding copper math. Since i can not get a hanna checker quickly, i should be able to do the math by taking water to the lfs to be tested with their hanna checker. my thought is, take a water sample out, then dose 1/8 cup of copper, then take another sample after its mixed... the difference in PPM on the 2 readings should be the PPM increase every time i add that ammount of copper to my tank, correct? then i could use this to create a dosing schedule that will get me up to 2.0ppm safely?Best of luck with your fish.
