Hey,sorry I didnt get to your post earlier,but this is just a common this that Ocellaris will do,I had one turn pretty black at one point,I thought it was cool!

Yes,all clownfish are born with a undetermined sex.They can turn into female when they are the larger and more dominate of the 2.Once one is female,they stay female....
Females are also the ones that love to bite you! Or maybe they jsut hate me???
I bought 2 clowns from the lfs called fancy ocellaris, they started orange with a really really dark black trim, then they started to get more black, and now they are black,with orange bellies...i like them alot!

Yes females are really agressive i know someone with a pair of snowcasso and when he scrubs his tank from the inside the female nips at him he says it hurts lol
so now everytime he keeps her in a net while he scrubs haha

Also now both of my occellaris's I was talking about a few post ago bite me, the female made me bleed twice in one tank cleaning,I had to catch them and put them in a bowl during cleaning,lol

They are probably laying eggs in your tank Kelby...haha!
Check to see if they are laying eggs!I bet they are!My female tomato is very aggresive when she lays eggs!I was putting a new anemone in today,and she bit me 3 times while in the tank!
The male is generally to much of a baby to bite me,he used to,but now its just the female!lol...
