ID please lost 3 fish this AM

So I noticed yesterday my fish was a little light colored well when I woke up thus morning 3 fish were dead and all of them looked very ill.

Here's what it looks like

I think I see a few white dots on the PT.

That's what my thought was, Okays soo time to pull them out and QT then

Humble my QT was already set up and has copper in it now will I be okay to slowly acclimate them over an hour or so and put them in QT is lowered than half dose

Well so i dont have either of those on my but a LFS opens tomorrow that sells it. Will prazi and cupramine work together?

Yes, if no formalin; copper + prazi is what you're gonna have to do.

Well FW dip done now acclimation to QT

Got the bad ones in QT last night couldn't catch all the fish but I got the ones that had prominent signs, the rest will be caught today and picking up prazi today after work

Okay that's what I thought too what's you're thoughts on the process? Cupramine and prazi then antibiotics?

Are the black splotches what you were referring to as "black spots"? If so, I think I would skip the prazi for now (as I don't actually see black ich, unless I'm missing it) and focus on the copper/antibiotics.
