Ya, it's going to be a Spaghetti or a hair worm..... they can become entangled onto itself and debris so that you cannot see the worm within..... kindda like a necklace can tie itself into a knot.

YEP I FOUND THIS ON GOOGLE THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE . Now to just figure out if it's reef safe; and if so back to its home it goes.

Mine ate the color of the Google pic and tiny. Yours is huge!!! Looks like a different color.
keep in mind the bigger the mouth the bigger the meal. And everybody eats every body in the ocean if it fits in thier mouth.
