I'm a newbie to fish

In earlier post meant to say "easier to frag".
Anyway a toadstool is a leather coral. It requires medium to high lighting and good water movement. I wouldn't suggest getting on right away but is a beautiful coral and sometimes, like with mine, clowns will take to them. I would stay away from anemones.

They are like a leather coral that kinda looks like a mushroom.

You will need to give it plenty of space.

Sixline wrasse is fine. Just be careful with compatibility. There are some good sites that show you what is compatible with what. A Sixline will also eat bristle and flat worms which is good.
One other thought since you are new. Research feeding strategies. Don't rely on flake alone - variety is key.
Also for a beginner I would recommend determining what is it you really want and then match with compatible fish. I also highly recommend bennies, gobies, and chromis (chromis are cheap and you can put in multiple- they school nicely). I also think no rank is complete without at least 1 tang and a clown.
Finally - make sure you quarantine all new fish, and do regular water changes with RODI water. Keep your water parameters stable and that includes salinity

I would definitely recommend against any tang in a 29g tank.
