This is so cool. How tall is this tank?
3 gallon pico. its a betta tank from petsmart i got for like $20. planning to upgrade to a 25g in a few months so just a temp home for the baby clown.
What type of filter is that? Nice tank!Hacksawed a branching piece of my rock and made magnetized shelves, and I'm going to make one more shelf out of the little branching piece in the lower left of the rock work.
I feel that it's a bit crowded, even after chunking up a bigger rock into rubble, but it's not bad. I basically made a cove which should be nice for an RFA I think! I'm reserving some smaller chunks to use for frags because they'll blend in way better than plugs or discs.
Also cleaned up the wiring with some cable hiders

The light and heater plug into the concealed power strip with 3 outlets and 2 usb. The return pump is usb and wired to a hidden switch, the fan is usb and has a switch also. The gravity ato is custom built. There is only one wire/cord that comes out the back of the tank, everything else gets hidden in the stand behind magnetic panels. There is also a digital temperature gauge hidden. The light is a Reefbreeders Pico V2 15w.
I only added water and coral 2 days ago, so this is just the beginning of this tank for me. A few corals so far and a single scarlet hermit. Not bad for day 2
I am undecided. A issue with pico tanks is algae and parameters and my original plan was not to introduce anything that needs to be fed. Food and waste decompose and affect parameters so I was trying to avoid this completely since the tank is so small.
