That Looks very good I have a Biocube 29 but once my fresh water fish expire i guna make that a reef and make a 8 gallon nuvo on my desk. Are they good like maintence wise??

We very nice start. I looked at the nuvo 8 how are you liking it.(I've never been going with nanos)

A lot of people upgrade it with a new light or media basket. I'm trying to not do that. I think it's definitely doable without mods. So far my weekly water change which include rinsing my sponge out in my old water and feeding daily is all I have to do to keep it going. Everyone seems happy. It helps with a nano to have stuff be as stable and automated at possible. I'm loving my apex which keeps my lights and everything running smoothly. It's nice to be able to hop on my phone and check on my tank (temp, ph, and that everything is running). I love having an ato to keep my salinity stable, my critters probably appreciate it too lol. I run a light in the back at night for my chaeto and to keep the ph more stable. I do think the tank is very sleek which I love because for me I like the inside and out to be aesthetically pleasing. I would definitely recommend it. My old tank is a biocube 29 and if I could go back I wouldn't have gotten it or would have sumped it. Nothing ever seemed to go smoothly for me with that tank lol.

Jumped ship as in out of my tank and became dried up fish jerky for the trash can :( I was very sad about this cuz it was a divers den buy and it came with the shrimp and I won't be able to get it again. So I think I'll get a pink bar for my widowed shrimp.

Livestock Decisions

So I went for it and purchased the above corals. They will be here Wednesday! I've always love unique corals selection and practices and am now also loving their customer service (this being my first time shopping there). Scott is by far too awesome. Will let you guys know how the corals fair when they get here, which I'm sure they will be lovely considering other customer's reviews. :D

Liking what I see so far.

My only question is: what was the cost for the initial purchases described in the first post.

I understand if you don't want to say...

Honestly don't remember lol. However I bought everything for dr foster and smith and brs so I'm sure you could guesstimate pretty close.
