A standard 90 gallon is 24" tall, there are only a few tanks that are 16" tall such as one you listed, the 30G JBJ Nano, and the IM 50G Lagoon. There are many tanks available at 18" or 20" inches height. However if the stand is taller, then it defeats the purpose. Many shorter tanks will increase the stand height to 36" making the overall height near the same. There are also few frag tanks available at 12" height, such as the IM 50G Lagoon or the 45G CADLights Shallow. If you got a custom stand or found a 30" tall stand, then any standard 18" or 20" tank might work for you.

I would also look into the Planet Aquariums Crystaline series. I had them make me a custom 65 gallon and custom 185 gallon, both with stands and the quality was good and price very reasonable.

Deep blue makes a 48x24x16 and a 48x24x12. I owned the 48x24x12 tank and enjoyed it. I now have the IM Lagoon 50g 30x24x16 and I prefer 16" height over the 12" height.
