"Invasive"?!?!

Since not a single tropical marine species is endemic to my living room, everything in my tank is an invasive species...

It's almost football season, I'm about to be an invasive species myself.

This is just a bulletin board on the internet, not sure why there needs to be an argument about the term.

To me, it is invasive.

Back surgery #6, a trip to the London Olympics, life and the girlfriend liking it, allowed this to happen. :)

Oh, it is still like that -- worse (( or better if you ask the GF, whose home office is in that room :) ))

Yea wow... yours even took over the halimeda.
That happened to a friend of mine.. He liked it because it grew fast and the lfs would give him in-store credit to buy other stuff... Well after a while his tank looked just like yours.

Beautiful Haddoni you got there.

Before i learned my lesson- blue cloves, brown palys, GSP, and blue xenia having a battle royal against my sps

This was my tank last year. I was about to shut it down because of all the cloves until I found a thread here about fluke tabs.

Could you imagine a female clown in there? "HOST ALL THE THINGS!"

Perhaps a dumb question. Are "blue cloves" the same as "blue Snowflake Polyps"? If so, then I'm having a similar problem. Lol!

Oh. Goodie! The blue lawn that's nearly invisible under actinics is kinda cool.

Will their prolific nature wipe out their competition, ie: Green Star Polyps and Zoas?

Zoas yes, not sure about GSP. Those blue cloves choked out a bunch of my zoas and nuked several sps.

Oh lord. I was warned by the seller. Oops. Wish me luck on this one. Make that two. There's two colonies in my 10 gallon tank.

Here's one:
