The main difference is the BTA use light for food. The rock flower uses the light some, but you have to feed the rock flower about 3 times a week.
The Rock flowers don't move around as much.
But if you plan on getting a clown fish some day, the BTA would be the way to go since clown fish will have nothing to do with the rock flower anemone.
The BTA is probably easier to care for and as you can see can spred out a lot. I personally like the look of it 'wave' in the current.

I already have a pair of clownfish in my tank. My frogspawn is hosting the female but she won't allow the male to join him. I want to add something that could host my male so he feels more at home.
