Is adding trigger copepods a waste ?

Ty for replies I wonder if pods can increase fish color bc I read they are extremely nutritious I’m trying to make my fish way more colorful idk if people use filters on Instagram but some peoples fish are way better looking then mine
Depends on how the copepods are enriched. A copepod only fed Nanno isn't going to be nearly nutritious as one that's fed a wide variety diet . And yes a lot of people use some sort of filter and are really good at taking photos that's another factor

Put trigger pods in my refugium once (250g, the small reef nutrition bottles). Two bottles of their standard type trigger and one other I forget, left alone in my refugium. Two months later I added two mandarin dragonets. They never went hungry, and I never restocked. If you enjoy seeing your fish go crazy, check out the brs brine shrimp hatchery. It’ll probably be waaaaaaay cheaper in the long run and my fish seem to enjoy it all the same. Nutrition should be better with brine shrimp as well.
