Is HFT super glue reef safe (how about hot glue?)

is hot glue reef safe? How about HFT super glue? HFT says it contains ETHYL CYANOACRYLATE

Will HFT (harbor frieght tools) super glue work? it has ethyl cyanoacrylate, but I dont know if it has any additives.

Been using their super glue gel for a LONG time. Works fine.
