Is my clam okay?

The one coral ended up falling and sat on the sand bed for a while before I could get to it and help it. That's the only coral I have had die on me so I have corrected my self on that last comment. Sorry.

Here's pics of my tank. I know the cyano is bad. I have had no issues by it besides sand bed looking bad. Has never caused an issue on corals or fish. Was thinking that if there are phosphates maybe coming from ato. Just a thought. Like I said I decided to try and fix it. Taking a step at a time. I don't have many corals. I've been buying slowly, but haven't had a coral die on me.
