Ok so only thing is if the coral is bleached wouldnt the polyps turn white too or at least not look so healthy lol they have been thriving and growning for the past 2 months with the same high alkalinity??

Just get your parameters back in ballance. And keep going. There are corals simular to GPS with white matt. Found them likingatotheher Google research but again i know nothing about that specific species.
