Is this a parasite snail

Shrimp can be the toughest to acclimate - I've seen them die before they hit the bottom of the tank if they're not acclimated well.
It could be that the snail just took advantage of a stunned shrimp - keep an eye on that one.

I have about 30 of them and there like zombies, litterally the second i toss in anytype of food they all come out from the sand and dart to wereever the food is, but yes if the cleaner shrimp was healthy, that would never happen..
Hopefully they don't give me any issues they sold me a stressed out half dead mandarin a few weeks before Christmas I had to return

Have you ever seen the attack and each blue legged hermit crabs? It looked like 3 of them were fighting and upon closer inspection they were eating a hermit crab.

If Pagojoe says they are fine, I would put them in my tank. He ID'd them as being a true nassarius and even mentioned that although not all nassarius are good, this will be fine.

If you don't know the name Pagojoe, you're missing out on this hobby's #1 snail person.

Any type of whelk or nas snail are carnivors , yea thats prob what happened, all the shrimps react really poorly to acclimation and change in water chemistry

That's my favorite snail personally.. They get the nickname of "zombie snail" because they bury in the sand and when you feed their tentacle will just reach out of the sand like a zombie would out the ground.
