Is this acceptavle for a Red Sea Reefer?

Had my lfs on the phone today, they are also getting involved and contacting Red Sea about this.

The reply i got today from Red Sea:
we have stated that this tank needs to be replaced. To be more precise, we don't think that there is any risk, but for your comfort and peace of mind, we'll do this with pleasure.

I take care of the shipment, you will be called by the deliveryman to set a date.
