Like everyone is mentioning, remove it from the frag plug and put it on a new one. Inspect the base of the coral for any possibilities. Just whatever you do dont let that frag plug get in your tank.

Frag was removed from the plug and gave it a good inspection. Just the one small Aiptasia on the plug and nothing else. The plug got tossed with avengence!!!
