The light should have dials on it to adjust blue and white, those are your intensity. For parameters when keeping coral alkalinity, nitrate, phosphate are bare minimum of testing needed. Calcium, magnesium and Ph if wanting any type of LPS or SPS.

Also what test kits? If your nitrate is truly 0 then that's an issue in itself and could be causing your issues.

Those are both good. Nitrate being zero could lead to dinos and could potentially be starving your coral. I keep my tank in the range of 8 alk, 10 nitrate, .03 phosphate, 420 calcium, 1350 magnesium and 8.1ph. Being unable to adjust lighting could for sure be an issue. For now I would keep lighting stable and get your parameters in a better place. For $200 there isn't a lighting option for you that won't be just a side grade to another black box LED.
