Is this something to be concerned about?

The zoas have been in qt. I have done a peroxide dip and another day i did another coral rx dip. I scrubbed a lot of the dead polyps and algea off. At this point they are almost all closed and getting smaller... but this could be due to the low light in the qt. Is there any harm at this point in putting them back in the DT? I feel like the environment there would be better for them i'm just worried about causing harm to the DT... but after these dips I'm not sure if that's a rational fear....

Can anyone answer my last question? I want to know if I should leave it in QT or if I can put it back into DT.

Shouldn't be a problem since they were already in your display. For future reference, you should place things back in your display after the dip. Any pest there could be would get back on the colony from the Qt tank.
With that said I wouldn't dip them again because you'll just further damage them. Put them in indirect light in your display and just leave them be. My guess is that most could/will die but it only takes a few polyps to regrow the colony. These were probably pretty fresh from the ocean.
