Tough to tell, can you tell us the specs and maybe upload a video?

it doesn’t allow me to post videos

will get more this weekend them

It doesn't look like too much flow to me but you may want to consider ditching that powerhead and getting something that makes a random flow pattern

any advice which powerhead i should look into?

Thank you for the video! It certainly helps. You are getting good surface agitation for oxygen exchange, so that is good!

In regards to the anemone, I am going to call in @Rick.45cal to see what he thinks, he would know more about this than me!

It looks to me like surface agitation more than anything. Doesnt really seem to be flowing across the anemone too much. I could be wrong but just an observation.

If you don't already have one, an ato would be a very good investment to avoid swings in salinity since you are only dealing with 20 gallons

My 20 gallon evaporates 1/4 to 1/2 a gallon daily and topping off twice a day has been enough to prevent big swings. I keep a gallon pitcher of top off water next to my tank, and since I walk by it 20 times a day, taking 10 seconds to top it off a couple times a day is easy enough. I bought a Tunze Osmolator 2 years ago and it's still in the box... manual top off is so easy and only takes a few seconds, so I figure why bother with the ato...

I personally would point the powerhead down a little more to provide more flow across the nem. You should be getting plenty of gas exchange from the HOB filter.

Also, I’d suggest consider getting some kind of guard for your powerhead should that nem walk. A sponge, 3D printed guard or even use pantyhose. A nem that size in that tank, should it walk and perish in the powerhead, could create a pretty big ammonia spike.

Oh, and id also suggest a sponge guard for that HOB back input strainer as well.
