Is this too much flow for my nems?

It’s been a very long time since I’ve kept a nem, inevitably they will wander at some point (if not incessantly) so you need to heed the advice of others and cover the intake of the your filters and powerhead.

As for too much flow, I doubt it is. The anemone will just move if he thinks it’s too much flow, or move because he doesn’t think it’s enough, or move just because his central nerve net decides it’s time to go walk about!

If its too much flow your anemone will move.
Just be careful it doesn't do the opposite for some reason they like to wander into powerheads.
