Is this Uronema?

I could try that also. Using formalin at 1ml per 10 gallons for the low dose in bucket. And 0.6ml per gallon for 45min baths.
I know it’s really hard to cure once they have lesions but will try. Should I separate the one with lesions out into another bucket or should they be ok with the baths and formalin treated water together?
I will put the grammas in display once I check them over. I’m being extra cautious because of size of display as have a 650 gallon tank.

O.K., I double checked your doses, seem fine to me...low dose is around 27 ppm and the high dose is around 160 ppm.

Regarding putting the gramma into the DT. I did NOT know it was a 650! I imagine you have a lot of fish in there. I always balance fish moves based on the needs of the animal being moved weighed against the risk to the animals already in the tank. I this case, I think the risk would be too great....

So should I keep them in quarantine again for a next week at least? They have been in copper for last 28days. I can always put them back in 25 gallon tubs that I use for quarantine usually.
I can also put the chromis into another tub. Have a separate quarantine room (unused guest bedroom lol) that I use to quarantine. I just used the buckets because was easier to put in baths and do complete water change. Easier than changing water in tubs... Should I separate out the one with the ulcers? Have lots of buckets and tubs that I can use to separate.
So far they all eating and swimming around actively. How many formalin baths can I do for them? Thanks for help.

My general rule of thumb is I hold a fish in quarantine for at least 2 weeks beyond the date of last symptom. That said, I just had a group of fish in a QT for over a year b/c I couldn't get a handle on why there were dying, and I couldn't risk moving them into a 180,000 gallon system....

I'm not sure how long you can go with formalin - I do know low dose works for five days. The high dose dip, I'd stop after three days, by then, it is either going to work, or the fish has died.

Ok will keep grammas in quarantine for another 2 weeks. Have an ornate and a black leopard wrasse in another quarantine tank that’s doing good so that will go in display over next 2 days...
I’m still unsure if it’s uronema that the chromis have because it’s almost 2 weeks now these fish have the ulcers and the last 2 batches of chromis and anthias that had uronema didn’t last long no matter what I did. Will continue treatment with formalin and see.
I assume you are working with a public aquarium to have a system with 180 000 gallons....thanks again

Ok... quick update. Have lost all chromis to uronema. Did formalin bath... and Acriflavine bath... treated with metronidazole... I’m giving up on chromis and anthias.
The grammas are ok and went into display yesterday. Did formalin bath before and new sterile tank. No sign of disease since then and did 90 minute Acriflavine bath last night before transfer to display.
