I sent an email to the customerservice@aquariumspecialty yesterday am, i didnt want to annoy you guys with a call yet so i figured i would i would check on herePlease contact our customer service dept. That goes for anyone. If you have a concern about an order then please call or email customer service.

Spoke with Scott today -- Looks like the order just slipped through the system and is a very unusual circumstance related to Apogee. He has made everything right and can safely say all the above comments reflect the company correctly.
Will likely order from them again as I know this is not a normal situation.
