ISO a Bright YELLOW SPS any ideas

My pink Floyd is as yellow as yellow can get. There's a thread that compares this and the pikachu... they are exactly the same. The pikachu you likely saw was in an ultra low nutrition system it brings out the colors more.

UC BananaRama is very yellow. It think they re-named it their Pink Floyd. Mine is a pretty intense yellow.

I can't seem to capture it right with my phone but I assure you there is not a single hint of green it's very yellow. My nutrients is a bit high so it has some brown but the tips of the coralites are all bright yellow with red polyps

Just read the banana lokani is difficult to keep, I will save that for later after my tank is two plus years.

Like others have said, tyree pink lemonade, tck pikachu, RR USA Pink Floyd are your best bets.

Just FYI the jean Benet yellow tort is not really yellow, can ask Adam he'll tell ya.

Yellow scroll coral, most true yellow I've seen in a tank. None of my "yellow" acros stand up to it, that's including the pink lemonade, TCK Pikachu, or Pink Floyd. That being said, those 3 acros are the best yellows you'll get in the acro world. More yellow than lime-green in my opinion but not as true yellow as the yellow scroll coral.

That pink lemonade you've got there is amazing!

Sorry, this isn't a judgment against you for sharing, just 9 out of 10 they are really never yellow or change colors once you buy them because they are fresh maricultures.

Fwiw, i’ve Purchased several frags from them as well as friends of mine and the colors stayed true. I’m also comparing that to seeing them in person. Their shop is about 15 minutes from my house.
What you stated is exactly why i haven’t purchased coral online.

So you purchased one of these yellow frags? Can you post how yours looks compare to the vendor pic? I'm always curious how well they match up.

If it holds the yellow, I'll be looking to order.

Main reason I ask is because my buddy was there 2 weeks ago and said nothing impressed him. This is a seasoned acro guy with a good eye. I don't think he'd walk right by that yellow acro and say, meh, if it looked like that in person.
