Isolate anenome from moving?

I know you made a decision, but for others reading this thread, can you clarify what you meant by "RTA"?

Different species of anemones have unique care requirements and behavioral tendencies. For example, BTAs are one of the few species of anemones that can actually inflate themselves to the point there they become buoyant and float around the tank (and get caught in powerheads and wavemakers). Other species like S. gigantea and H. magnifica move primarily via their foot.

perhaps rainbow tip anemone? maybe they forgot the B lol

I want to get a RTA for my pair of clownfish but I already have a lot of corals in the tank. If I put the RTA on it's own island with sand around it, can it still roam over the sand to another spot? I'm afraid of it roaming around killing the other corals.
Hi
I've found that if my purple tip anemone doesn't have a gentle current or if I don't feed it every few weeks, it will move (to better hunting grounds)!

I have mine on an island surrounded by sand. They mostly stay on the island. They don’t like to cross the sand. Occasionally one will show up off the island and I have to take it out of the tank.

Generally, I've found that if you give them a spot with a deep crevice or hole for them to plant their foot deep inside, they're less likely to move around.

Yeah I left the b out oops!

Those pictures posted here really makes me want one. Looks amazing! Maybe later I’ll get a nano tank with nem and clown.
