Usually sick fish dont last long in an untreated display.
I would set up a hospital tank and treat the sick fish with a few different things and
observe.
Please direct yourself to the fish disease forum and read the stickys for proper QT.

Well it looks like brook, you wont be able to medicate in the tank which means you need to set up a quarantine container and do a bath in something like quick cure or rally. That’s a little drastic imo but my plan is to see how they are when I get home and if they are unwell I will fw dip and medicate

The areas around his mouth? Looks more like an infection to me.
FWIW, clowns can be treated in a 5 gallon bucket with a small preset heater and an air stone or hob filter. Doesn’t take up much room and should only cost you $30. Just do large water changes every couple of days.
