It was this big... Now its this big...

There are a couple reef safe angels that may be cool. I think the bellus and wannabes are neat. I know the spelling is wrong but that's what I call them.
Yes! Like the swallowtail

Definitely! (Watanabei) although the melanospilos is more stunning than the watanabei IMO. Although the Japanese swallows don’t get as much love as they should compared to the others.

Agree. May have just moved onto the list..

The only concern is that your tank is backwards they may get confused.
His tank is not backwards. Due to being east of the Mississippi, it is supposed to be that way. @Lost in the Sauce is west of the Mississippi, so his tank is also correct.

I use to have a bonded pair of watanabei but lost the female, replace her with a smaller one and then the male lost his black stripes and looked female again. Both remain in female colors. Don’t know why; it was weird.

So kind of like the toilet drain north vs south of the equator?

Exactly.... wait did you just call my tank a toilet drain?

Now when are one of you monster tankers going to get a pair of crosshatch triggers?
I think I have decided that triggers are more on the reef safe with lots of caution list at this point. they like to jump and they like to eat other fish except the head. They carry that around in their mouth like a trophy. Just to rub it in. They also eat my cleaner shrimp when they can. I will not be purchasing any more for my reef, and trying to decide what to do with my beautiful male blue throat.
