If he was working near or right next to it and you know you didn't do it, I would file a claim. They will make you fill out a statement regarding what happened and you will have to provide some sort of documentation to support your $ loss. It is accidental property damage. He should have coverage if he is licensed and bonded.How on earth would i prove that he did it? He is licensed and bonded but still...
