It's everywhere !!

Are you by chance using API test kits? With this much algae, readings dont seem right.

aLSO:
Is tank at or near a window?
Are you using RO or Tap water from faucet?

Fluconozale( doesn't bother the corals like vibrant can). You have to find out why it's growing in the first place. The snails are eating the algae that's growing because you have to much of something it needs to grow. Snails- algae goes in one end and comes almost right back out(poop) as the snail eats along. The algae(and the bad stuff that made it grow is still in the tank(as snail poop). This gets broken down by bacteria and feeds the algae. I can't tell you how much snail poop I remove from my tanks(1 tank everyday and the others twice a week), but my snails can keep up with new growth and the algae doesn't get a foot hold.
I can see the snails in your pictures and the algae growing on the snails. I also see mostly Zoas, if your feeding them--you don't have to, they grow just fine without feeding.

I had a bad GHA outbreak and I’m currently beating it with a couple Mexican turbo snails, sea hare, and daily live phyto feedings. How much the live phyto contributes I don’t know but it’s said to compete with other micro algaes. The sea hare puts in tons of work though, he’ll even munch on the long stuff.

Wow, your fueling that green with something. Vibrant is not designed to destroy that much.

I’m think your phosphate is higher than you test and maybe some red light or outside light.

If you don’t find the cause, what ever you do, it just comes back.

I feed phyto daily as well

I don't feed them as I know it spikes the levels.

The snails are all over crabs too they all grow stuff on them lol.. it's rampant and I don't get it.

What kind of filtration do you have going on?

These two questions and my last are super important.

I use filter media cup with floss I replace every 3rd day and protein skimmer
So is it an aio system? Or do you have a sump? And what protein skimmer are you using? And does the skimmer run all the time? Do you have an ato or just top off by hand?

Answering all questions:

It's in my basement, it's a 34 gallon deep blue with ~15 gallon sump.

I have a full water system in my garage for my other tank, has no GHA. TDS has been tested via ICP for 0 across all boards.

I use an ATO, yes.

Protein Skimmer Icecap k100 I believe.

I ask this because you shouldnt have to adjust the skimmer if you are using an ato and have it dialed in correctly. The skimmer (if its a good one) should take care of alot of the phos and nitrate issues and having to guess if your phos is in between those 2 numbers you stated.... Thats a huge gap believe it or not! Id invest in some good testing equipment like the hanna testers! They never fail me!

I am using salifert

Not near a window

RO water with clean 0's across all board per ICP

Is the sump custom built?

negative, irrelevant though.
K, it is relevant because ive seen baffels in sumps diy, custom or just bought as is not function as they should. One bleed over to the next before it should or fail. and it makes a huge difference. Just trying to get a picture of everything you got going on is all. So I take it... It is a 3 chamber with a bubble trap? Protein skimmer placed in the center?

U dont need to bleach the tank and start all over!!! Dont do that! It takes a while to get that kind of Coralline build up!. I agree with dipping in h202 but make sure to use only 3%!!!! And some sps. Do not like h202 at all!
Ha ha, might you be somewhat biased re: coralline algae?
