I'm guessing you mean more them colour corals.but I've been thinking need more red In my tank also, but thinking red fish tbh.
Wanting 2 red scooter blennies as they cool little dudes.
Did at one time want some kind of flasher or fairy wrasse but changed my mind on that.
Trying to think of other options for a red fish that swims around tank,so will have google them to get some kind of idea on research on different red fish before go lfs next ^_^
But yeah red corals be cool also.
Tried 2 stick sps frags now and first full little bugs and all underside full algae now and another stylo since my wavemaker packed in 3 weeks ago and got 2 smaller powerhead/ filter started getting brown/ red algae on few the tips so maybe change in flow but noticed last month or so it getting very light/ bright so bleaching so put egg crate that side tank for time being, manufacturer sending new wavemaker tommorrow so hopefully get back on track..but anyhow going leave off on the stick sps for time being and let tank mature some more

Why did you choose to move on, from the Fairy/Flashers? I have both, both are active swimmers mid to high tank. Come in a bunch of colors, flashers are quiet good tank mates to each other and males will Flash at each other bringing out deeper and more brilliant color

Was speaking to Jay hemdal last year about wrasses and think I mentioned wanted one ( cant remember if fairy or flasher ) but he mentioned the kind I wanted he sees alot of trouble in them and pretty sure he said he wouldn't have one because of this,I also remember him saying sue to him giving alot of advice on problems with fish then this could be why he seeing so many problems, but just put me off but your right they beautiful active fish Indeed

Hmmm. That's interesting. On something as common as fairy and flashers, I wouldn't let that dissuade you. I've used Jay's protocols to quarantine Quite a few of these fish.

Qt on new fish be near enough pointless now as first 2 clowns 1 month observation and other 7 fish straight In dt.
Try pick my fishes according to this method .like most people say tangs subjectible to ich,so don't have a tang and with jay seeing so many problems with the fairy/ flasher wrasses I just thought best not.
Tbh with you I'm a little hesitant adding a last fish or 2 as dont want upset the apple cart so to speak as not added a fish in nearly half a year and all doing great and as no qt I'm little like will last fish bring in diesese pffrt.

Got a 15 litre hospital tank running at moment empty and been running just over a year but no way fit all my 9 fish in.
But 80g dt and 9 fish so if decide 2 scooter blennies then imo I'm at my limit anyway but do want a swimming around fish and if can have a job at pest control or algae then even better ^_^ but undecided now tbh

SCA 112g system.

Equipment in use
Lights Orbit marine IC led (I hate these things) Noopsyche K7V3 x3.
SCA skimmer 302
SCA sump made as a fuge
return pump sca something. Its just all so generic. Jabaeo 4000 return pump. Very very quiet. I have had it for 6 months now.

Livestock
Emperor Angelfish - powder blue tang - melanurus wrasse - one spot foxface - 2 clown fish - 2 firefish

Random hammer corals - 2 torches - Birdsnest - Gonioporas

My aquarium is boring.

Edit: There has been a lot of live stock changes. The emperor and Powder blue needed new homes.
Powder blue was just too aggressive, emperor was just massive.
I have since added
scopas tang
Atrosalarias holomelas
Carpenter Wrasse Him and bristlestar are missing. :(

Currently,

Full tank shot with new lights Noopsyche k7v3.
tank look beautiful.

@ying yang i treat all fish for flukes. No exceptions. Jay has great protocol on qt. But, flukes have been on every fish I got as of these last 3 years.
Yeah my plan was qt all fish then as looked into it,thought best have another qt for corals and inverts and leave them in there 2.5 months, but then decided not having qt tanks all over the place. As thought if going qt then I go all in so to speak.and then need qt all cuc, crabs ,snails etc then need light for corals as ich cysts could be on skeletons/ shells if corals / cuc so then looked into other method of no qt .
Seen my wrasse flash on rocks like once every other month for last year but just very rarely so could have flukes but can't see nothing and as I say flashing very very seldom see it.
But yeah I see flukes mentioned alot on here, but all seems to be going well so far with the fish ( famous last words ha ha )

Flukes killed my first wrasse. Just getting back into the hobby, first thing I should have did was find a disease guide. All I thought about was ick/velvet, fin and tail rot and lymph. Flukes were completely new to me. I have kept fish for most of my life. Flashing could be anything. I don't recall if you have any cleaner fish. But, flukes would in a few months claim your fish.
