It's Just a Tank

Interesting factoid. I did not know that.
Hit you with another about the harlequins. When a mated pair hunts together, The mail will usually be the tracker, and the female will come in for the kill and start eating first.

they can also be trained ,like an eel, tap on glass ,will associate with food to be hand fed...;)

Yessir!! Mine swam over to my arms/ hand in the tank, following the cleaner shrimp on more than one occasion. Super cool experience.

I love how people like to feed feeder fish to Jaws, their prized oscar and say "that's savage!" They never seen a harli go to town on a starfish. Poor things.
Starfish also don't Have a central nervous system. They rely on a system that spread out across their entire body, so as pieces are removed from those, the rest really doesn't know, It doesn't communicate in a network like that. In theory, every piece you cut off of it would then just become a smaller independent piece.

So at what point while being digested are the tiny pieces no longer starfish? I have no idea.

It's been your very dark Ted Talk.

No matter how you try to sugar coat being eaten alive and kept to being harvested alive. It is still brutal. Beautiful shrimp
I think I have my limits to predators.
