Lighting : 4 Kessil A360we, I plan on adding a Aquatic life T5 Hybrid once they are shipped from BRS.

Flow: Ecotech Vectra L1. Plan on upgrading soon to an Abyzz due to the L1 locking up too often. Two MP40 on Tidal Swell mode set on level 7.

ATO: 75 Gallon tank in equipment room with Spectra Pure ATO.

Sump: Standard Red Sea sump with filter socks removed. Nyos Quantum 160, Skimz BR103 Biopellet Reactor, Skimz BR103 setup for GFO, Mag Drive 5 with 100 micron filter sock for extra polishing (filter sock replaced weekly on water change).

Other Equipment: Neptune Apex, Neptune DOS (alk and calcium dosing).

Dosing: 30ml daily of alk and calcium, Red Sea Trace Colors A-D (1ml daily), AcroPower once a week on water change (30ml). Lugols twice a week (3 drops), KNO3 as needed to keep Nitrates at 5 - 10 ppm.

Water Changes: Saturday or Sunday I drain the sump and once a month also lightly vacuum the sand bed.

Livestock: 3 Lyretail Anthias, 3 Evansi Anthias, 3 Carberryi Anthias, 2 Kauderns Cardinals, 2 Court Jester Gobies, 2 Snowflake Clowns, 1 Yellowtail Blenny, 3 Skunk Shrimp

Coral Feeding: Reef Roids target fed once a week, mix of chalice power / goni power / reef chili once a week (1 teaspoon mixed with water for both).

Some random coral shots.

Beautiful tank. Following with interest.

A few final macros and a shot of a paludarium I did for our office in Phoenix a few years back.

Sump Side: L1 with a true union direct back to tank. You can see the mag drive with the filter sock. The sock was replaced Saturday and is already starting to balloon. By this Saturday it will be fully expanded and ready to replace. I keep the GFO in a medial bag in the BR103. My phosphates are typically between .04 to .08. Skimmer is set to run a bit on the wet side. I empty and clean the cup on water change days. The float for the Red Sea ATO has been removed and I just run a line direct into the line holder.

Thanks Broadfield. Your tank and setup was certainly an inspiration as I was setting mine up.

I'll be updating the sump and equipment area later on.

Replacing the Vectra L1 with a Red Dragon RD3 150W. As the tank has started to mature I'm starting to get enough crustaceans that make their way into the pump causing it to seize up. Tearing apart the pump every few weeks is just not an option. I'm hoping the anti-lime bypass in the Red Dragon will alleviate that problem. So far the pump is a beast and I'm only running it at 110w and had to adjust the overflow to accommodate the added flow. This pump is also dead silent.

I've also added a random flow generator setup from Vivid Creations. The bump to 3/4 inch locline from 1/2 with the random flow really improved flow in the tank.

Lastly I'm printing the final parts to redo the mag drive driven filter sock. This will now be a cup that lines up with the sock holes to catch all the flow then drive through the mag drive. I'm printing the final parts that will allow me to just drop in the socks into a holder mounted to the mag drives rather than zip tying them. In theory this should work.

Got the Red Dragon RD3 150w all dialed in finally.

Not much room for the controller / power supply on the equipment side. Had to mount it at the bottom next to the DOS.

Need to make a few tweeks to the print for the power socks. The Mag Drive 3 might be to much pump to drive this, I might have to go down to the the Mag Drive 2.

There are two cups that connect to each pump via a 3/4" bulkhead that allows the cups to be lowered and raised flush with the old sock holder location. Then printed a custom 4" sock holder on the output side of the Mag Drives to allow for easy removal and installation of new socks. I also used a 4" diameter sponge inside the cups to stop the water from creating a vortex. There are also 4 holes on the bottom of the cup so the cup can't run dry.

Looks awesome man. I myself got the Red Sea reefer 525 xl as well. Still planning out the equipment and stand. I got tank only

Congrats on the new Reefer. Can't wait to see what you do with yours.

Gonna be hard to compare with yours lol

Great looking tank - above and below!

Are you printing with PLA?

Yes the first prints are with PLA due to print times and I don't think the PLA will break down any time soon.

I'm printing a new sock holder today. Created a groove that once the sock is pushed into place it will be held there, otherwise they want to rise up.

This will illustrate the grooves. The upper sides are 2 mm narrower than the socks.

Its a two piece print. I use a dremel and some filament to weld the two pieces together
