I bought a wp25 and installed it, it ran about 3 minutes and stopped working! The controller has 3 lights blinking on it, 1 red, 1 blue and 1 green! Anyone know what the issue could be?

should never have blinking lights. also, the Sensor light should not be lit unless the light sensor is installed and it is dark.

you have your controller in the shade and the light sensor is turning the pump off. remove the light sensor and it should work fine

are they blinking lights or just lit?

It was working fine for a couple minutes then it quit and 3 leds on the controller started blinking!

While the pumps are great I have found the controllers to be junk. I'm on my third controller in 6 months. Luckily mine would still work but wouldn't cycle through the settings.
Try plugging the sensor in and see what happens.

I think there is a reset feature but you are probably going to have to search either here or RC as I don't remember exactly where I read it and busy at work so I can't search for it.....

try unplugging the power to the unit and put the light sensor in. I had a controller that won't work unless the sensor was in.

I've tried just about everything except for resetting it, I will look for the post on how to do that.

It is a separate voltage regulator. I picked one up to lower my gph on the wp40.

I have been luckily but i will be getting another controller just in case they are about the price of a voltage regulator.

I think this is a common issue when reducing the voltage. The sensor light on mine blinks even though there is no sensor installed but it still seems to run normally just less flow.

What was the minimum voltage you have found before it started not to work correctly? I was told for the wp40 it was 12 not sure of the wp25.

I do not think voltage is the case here since the poster asked how you adjust the voltage.

Maybe another reason not to buy off brand stuff... Not saying the blow, but not sure I'd spend my money on them...
