Not too much. There a small Eheim surface skimmer that moves a little water, and, the whole 210g system passes through at something less than 1500gph (Iwaki MD70-rlt).

Been thinking, I think I'd like to get a controller. My Mg and pH are pretty unstable. I manually does Ions by AquaVitro/SeaChem, and I try to increase pH with air flow in the house as opposed to limewater. I'd also like to does some kind of amino/SPS supplement.
So is the end-all, best of the best an Apex?

I do! They've been there for a couple years. I really don't sweat them much. I remove a lot manually when I harvest macros, and I've been thinking lately to get a hard plastic tube and draw some out. They come out when the lights come on.

My strawberry shortcake is finally gaining a little mass, and vertical growth. I think I've had it for almost a year now. Just picked up two other shortcakes, a JF Raspberry and a Cherry. I'm all shortcaked out.
