This is all just temporary until I figure out how to set up my controller shelf. For now...next step...cable management. Gotta clean up this nightmare of a birds nest.

So far the “survivors” seem to be bouncing back fairly well. I did loose the powder blue tang. But I never have any luck with those guys anyways.

The Naso is still in question but he’s at least eating and moving.
Hard to tell but possibly some ick starting. I haven’t seen ick it years hopefully I didn’t just introduce it into my tank.

Gonna try this new stuff. All sorts of mixed reviews but I’ll give it a shot. Hopefully it works and can save it before it gets bad.

I was hoping to still use at least one of my old fans and get away with 1 new 1 old.
The old one has always been quiet but now it’s loud and making noise. Decided to replace it anyways. So now two new ones.

I'd leave the bird's nest, lol. BRS featured a video a while ago, and this 'mess' reminded me of it: "Richard Ross - The Right Kind of Lazy, MACNA 2017".

Finally found the time and motivation to some what organize the birds nest. Was gonna do an actual controller mount of some sort but decided to wait until maybe that new apex controller comes out. HOPEFULLY SOON
For now everything just stuck to the sides of cabinet

also finally set up this algae reactor Fingers crossed it’s not to big of a headache. I have it plugged into a timer to turn the led on for several hours overnight.

Quick update
Finished 20 days of this about a week ago.
Ick seems to be gone. I haven’t seen ick in forever but of course it happens. Not sure how much this stuff contributed. But whatever it is. It’s gone. I lost the powder blue tang. But I’m pretty sure he the one that brought it in anyways.

I’ve said it a hundred times over the years. Never again with these powder blues. But I keep falling for it. One of my favorite fish.

At least it seems to be gone now. And everything back on track.
