alright, just a few more days and the borb will be in the DT!

adding a few starter corals(frogspawn&ricordea) from the nano tonight.

was about to order the next fish or two, wrasse or clowns, but ill be outta town next weekend and dont wanna have a fish fresh in QT while im not around. already having multiple tanks, I like to keep it fairly simple for the house sitter, just top off H2O and feed once or twice. Also, wanting to repeat TTM on the new fish and that wont be possible if Im not here.

Nice fish!

@revhtree Thanks! and thanks for stopping in/commenting on the thread! I love the borb, and its been on my fish wish list for some time!! its the first addition to the "new" tank, and looking forward to getting the tank filled and acquiring more inhabitants. Next on the list, wrasses, black tang, helfrichis, and coral crouchers.

Im stoked that the borb took so well to the QT and eating. I know they can be a touchy fish, so Im glad I didnt run into any issues. Also, Im amazed that he is "trained" to the pipette as well, that was a bit unexpected.

Got my pack o goodies from the GFM auction. some SPS, an acan, couple nice chalice and of course the Supernova nem. super stoked and quite the addition. quite the generous donation from @Ledreef!
lots of folks have hit me up looking for clones and babies/splits, and ill keep yall informed. be warned tho, ive had another BTA in the tank for 5-6+ years, and still no splits from that one. ;)

also, a few folks wanna see pics and what not, so heres a couple quick ones from my iphone4. nothing special, not altered, just put the phone in the box and take a pic though the acclimation box. LOL. nem been here in the tank for almost two weeks.

Ill get some better pics later, but here it is:

borb is doing great! got him into the 120DT last week or so. loves the new home and extra space. Now time for the next fishes!! thinking its time for either a single wrasse, the clown pair, or some helfrichi....

heres a quick pic of BOB, the borb, in his new home. pretty sure I used a filter for this pic, its not washed in blue.

started adding a few corals from the nano to the 120DT. nothing too crazy yet, but a few more testers went in yesterday. some favia, ricordea, couple acan, frogspawn and a gold torch. everything looking good, gonna add a few more later today. heres a FTS with a filter....

Well, I need to be more on it about updating this thread and keeping it active. tank is cruising along, still just the borbonius, but have two wrasse coming in tomorrow(flame and labouti).

added a few more corals, and a rock nem. everything seems to be doing well. heres an updated pic with a gelfilter.
and new acans/chalice

Congrats on the restart! I am currently torn on the 120 VS 125 debate. The 125 length wise would fit my space perfectly, but the 120 wouldn't require 3 lights. Tagging along to see this tank grow!

Looking good bro!

yeah, that and I like the footprint(24x48) better...

That is the 2nd problem I am having when it comes to this decision. I think I would rather have the depth and not have the rock up against the back wall. Do you like the dual overflow setup?

sure. it works, ideally I would rather have a ghost/C2C or some other less intrusive option, but this works.
