I would guess Josh's is on the way to being bought out/joined by/partnering with BRS/Bertram, like EcoTech and Neptune, and maybe simply bought out and folded in like Marine Depot. Josh's has quite clearly and for some time been structuring their business in such a way to make themselves look like a good acquisition.
