Just ich or worse?

They are available currently. Just the mad rush on them has created backorders since it was newly discovered that they work in saltwater. They are made in Romania. Most people that have ordered recently are getting them within a couple weeks it seems. I think by the end of this month stocking should no longer be an issue based on info provided by the manufacturer.

Ok cool and obviously same people that sell them will sell refills lol

The tang is still alive but nearly yesterday morning when I went to the tank he was so skinny you could see his bones not sure if eating he never did while I was there he always did after I left everything off for a bit but just now I got home and he was stuck to a power head. i turned it off and he swam a second then layed down so I put him in a breeder box in his qt so little easier in him and so i can keep the water flowing well.... question is is there anything I can do? I got metro and furan2 today idk if furan would do anything or if I should does stress coat because of how it says it can replenish slime coat.
Thoughts?
