I'm having issues with my lights I think, I'm new to using LEDs I've been old school and always had halides or t5s and decided it was time for something new, after about 6 months now I'm about ready to give up. I'll upload pics of my color settings and my intensity and help or info to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. I have a mixed reef standard 150 gallon long 72x18,24.

What problems are you having? Also #mods can we get this moved to the correct forum?

Things aren't really opening up and looking as full as they used to. That's why I posted pics of my light percentages.

A picture of the tank would always help, but your intensity is way too low. Depending on how many lights you have they should be run closer to 80-100% intensity over that size tank.

Watch this video from BRS it should answer all of your questions about these lights.

Oh and welcome to R2R!!!

Oh and welcome to R2R!!!
I have three of them and I had the intensity up closer to 30% and some of my stuff started bleaching out

I agree w/PDR your settings are very low. Pic of my settings on similar sized tank. Color is orange line, intensity is blue line.

Being new to using these how slow should I try working up the intensity then. I was told before to run stronger blues so that's why I'm wherein at now.

Could have been a coincidence, but these lights are not super powerful. Even at 100% you’ll be in the 200-300 par range in the top 1/3 of the tank and really should not be enough to bleach out most corals.

Ditto to what others have said. 3 kessil 360we would need or should be able to handle much higher intensity settings for that size of tank. If you are bleaching corals, you need to consider other factors such as acclimation, flow, and nutrient levels

The color setting shouldn’t have much impact on the coral. That’s why they developed the “kessil logic”. The color is mainly for visual appeal, so just choose what color you like and adjust intensity from there. The video does a great job of explaining all of this in detail.

Should or shouldn't lol.
Ok and how slow should I work that intensity up then.

When I went from Orbit marine to Kessils, I started at 30-40% intensity and 40% color and increased 10% per week. I actually went higher than what I'm currently at but corals weren't opening as much and overall visual was too bright. I rolled back to current settings and everything is doing well and growing.

*Shouldn’t lol

10% a week is a good start. Personally I would bump it to 50% to start out but I understand if you are hesitant with the issues you had.

How old is the tank? Parameters would also help.
Well the livestock isnt that old but the rock and sand are from a 6 year old tank. All rodi water and I'm at work I dont have all my tank specs on me but everything is within acceptable ranges or what you would want to see them at anyway.
